Trauma-informed somatic care rooted in
accessibility and community
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Therapeutic massage, breathwork, and hypnotherapy, offered with intention, care, and a deep commitment to making healing genuinely accessible.
Prismatic Integration is a queer- and trans-led practice grounded in the understanding that healing is not separate from justice. We offer trauma-informed somatic care through massage, breathwork, and hypnotherapy to people carrying the compounding weight of transmisogyny, racism, economic injustice, and ableism, the same forces that have long made genuine healing inaccessible to those who need it most.
Free and low-cost sessions for trans and BIPOC clients are a central, non-negotiable part of how we work. Not a footnote, but the foundation. We understand individual healing as inseparable from collective liberation, and see our practice as one part of a broader ecosystem of trans-led work building dignity and justice in Albuquerque and beyond.
Every service is choice-based and trauma-informed, paced by you, adapted to you, with no expectations about how healing should look or feel.
Customized integrative bodywork drawing from Swedish massage, deep tissue, Thai table massage, myofascial release, craniosacral work, polarity therapy, and energy-based modalities. Each session is shaped around your body and your needs.
Trauma-aware, choice-based breathwork offered one-on-one and in community group settings. Luna leads trans- and BIPOC-specific group sessions as well as open sessions, focused on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and collective processing. Always at a pace that feels right for you.
Ethical, client-centered hypnotherapy supporting healing, habit change, and self-trust. Free and low-cost support is available for trans and BIPOC clients; spots are limited, so reach out to us directly to learn more.
Distance sessions for breathwork and energy-based work, making support accessible regardless of location or mobility.
"I didn't know what to expect going in, but Luna held the space so beautifully. I moved through something I'd been carrying for months, and I felt lighter walking out than I have in years."
"Every session feels completely different because it's actually responding to me. Luna listens, not just to what I say, but to what my body is doing. I always leave feeling like myself again."
"Lex has a way of making you feel completely at ease. I went in with something I'd been stuck on for a while and left with a real sense of release and direction."
We believe access to somatic care shouldn't depend on income. Sliding-scale pricing operates as a redistributive model: those who pay more make it possible for those who can't to receive care. Each practitioner holds up to three low-cost sessions per week specifically for trans and BIPOC clients. Free sessions are sustained through grants and community donations, and are reserved for those who need them most.
Sliding-scale pricing across all services, a redistributive model where capacity-based payment sustains care for everyone.
Low-cost sessions reserved for trans and BIPOC clients, up to three per practitioner per week. Free sessions are funded through grants and community donations.
Grassroots model driven by community, not profit. Full-rate sessions directly fund free and reduced-cost care for others.
Community-embedded care both practitioners volunteer with The Hook Up, a mutual aid effort providing harm reduction supplies, food, and free resources to unhoused Albuquerque residents.
Prismatic Integration exists within a broader ecosystem of trans-led community work. Individual healing matters, and so does building the conditions where our communities can actually survive and thrive.
Luna facilitates trans- and BIPOC-specific group breathwork sessions: spaces designed to build connection, support collective nervous system regulation, and bring community members together in a container of shared care. Open group sessions are also offered for those outside those communities.
Outside of their practice, Luna and Lex both volunteer with The Hook Up, a mutual aid effort serving unhoused Albuquerque residents with free harm reduction supplies, food, clothing, and other essential resources. Luna also helps organize their events. We see this work as continuous with our practice: care that meets people where they are, without conditions.
Luna is a non-binary, queer practitioner and survivor who founded Prismatic Integration out of their own experience as a trans person navigating poverty, homelessness, incarceration, and sex trafficking. They built this practice because they know firsthand what it means to need care and have no way to access it, and because they believe trans people deserve support that genuinely understands what survival looks like.
They draw from a wide range of modalities, always letting the client's nervous system guide the pace and depth of the work, and bring an integrative approach to massage and breathwork rooted in somatic presence. They work with clients one-on-one and in community group settings.
Book with Luna
Lex is a trans practitioner who brings an ethical, client-centered approach to hypnotherapy, supporting healing, habit change, and self-trust. Drawing on a deep belief that the mind and body are inseparable, he creates a space where clients feel genuinely seen and in control of their own process. Lex is committed to making this work accessible to trans and BIPOC clients through free and low-cost session availability.
Book with LexLuna is currently completing esthetics licensure and will soon expand their work to include gender-affirming esthetics services, creating a space where trans people can access care that honors their bodies and identities, offered by someone who understands what that means from the inside.
This addition will deepen the practice's capacity to serve trans and BIPOC communities, with free and low-cost options remaining central. Expanding into esthetics is an extension of the same commitment: that trans people deserve affirming care regardless of income, and that a practice rooted in justice keeps finding new ways to show up.
Whether you're curious about a service, have questions about sliding-scale options, or are simply ready to reach out, we're glad you're here. There's no pressure, just an open door.
